2013 Fall Recreational Sign ups

Beginning age: Must be 4 on July 31, st 2013

Three ways to register:

•   Online Registration fee is $85.00 starting 4/5/2012 thru 6/30/12 - no fees

**You must print 2 copies of all online registrations and other required documents (Birth Certificate for new player or waivers) and mail or drop them off at the TYSA office within 7 days of online registration for process to be fully complete).

• Print and Mail in or drop off registration forms (located on the TYSA web site) along with any required documents. Fee is $85.00 thru April 20th and then goes up to $95.00 April 21st thru May 31st.
• Walk in Registration- Dates/Times are as follows:
• April 20th from 12-4 @ TYSA office cost is $85.00
• May 4th 12-4 & May 23rd from 6-8 @ TYSA office cost is $95.00
• June 8th 12-4 @ TYSA office cost is $95.00

   **This is the last day to Register for the Fall 2013 season.

**Coaches- Get your Coaches form in early...first come, first serve.

Also, all Coaches will be Life Scanned this year. This is a new requirement from CYSA. More information to follow. Please review the new TYSA Recreation League Team Selection Policy.
