1.      Contact your assigned &nbs p;instructor:  Les Baptista       at:  lbaptista@gemperle.com

 

-Cover details such as: Directions, Number of candidates anticipated, Means of communicating with you etc.

 

2.      Send notice of the scheduled course to eligible coaches in your community.

·         "Pre-F"      -check your District Stan dards

·         "F"           & nbsp; -mandatory "Pre-F" (Check Districts Standards)

·         "E"           & nbsp; -mandatory "F" certificate

·         "E/D"     & nbsp;   -mandatory "E" certificate

                        Note: A District hosted course coordinate your efforts with your District Coaching Coordinator

·         "D"            -mandatory "E/D" certificate

                        Note:  A State hosted course coordinate your efforts with the CYSA office.

 

3.  Notify/e-mail: League/Club officers & Coaching Directors, post on District Web Site,

     League/Club Newsletter(s), Local Newspaper(s), Radio, TV-public service, etc.!

 

4.  2 weeks prior.Send a Reminder to coaches, league officials, news media, etc.

            -IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you Pre-register coaches & Get a financial commitment.

            -If you realize that an insufficient # of coaches will attend -- begin a phone campaign.

5.  1 week prior. Contact your course instructor (again) to cover any/all Final Details!

        --Be sure you have the 'exact' number of kits for the number of participants you are expecting.

          ** Work with your District Coaching Coordinator if you need more kits!!! **

 

6.  Be sure the following (necessary) items are arranged and secured:

            -Classroom, Chalkboard, Eraser or Flip Chart & Markers and Open Restrooms.

            -Properly maintained Field and Open Restrooms. 

           

                                                 Unless other arrangements have been made...

7.  Evening of the course: 

·         6:30 p.m.  On-site-administrator: Open classroom, Open re strooms, etc.

·                          On-site administrator: Register candidates and verify mandatory eligibility!!!

·         7:00 p.m.  Course begins!

     Field session(s)

·         Starting times are established during the previous session(s).

·         Local 'On-site-representative' must be in attendance througho ut the course -just in case!

 

8.  If any changes are necessary contact ONE of the following: 

·         District Coaching Coordinator (Date changes, Extra Kits, etc.)
